Join our “Cairo Pyramids Tour from Marsa Alam.” In addition to the pyramids in Giza, you will also see the exhibits at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, including the golden mask of Tutankhamun!
The trip usually takes place by coach with a group of about 35 people. However, the same program is also available in a private version for smaller groups (4-8 people) by a small bus. The price for the trip is $85 per person. The VIP bus tour runs on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday. Additionally, the price of the VIP tour includes a bottle of water and a can of soda or a glass of juice at the restaurant during dinner.
1. Pickup: For a trip to Cairo from Marsa Alam, you will be picked up from your hotel by car or bus, depending on the number of participants. The driver will take you to Hurghada, where you will change to another bus or coach that will go to Cairo. About 200 km before Cairo, you will stop at the Zafarana inn, where you can use the toilets, drink coffee, or eat something.
2. Arrival in Cairo: You arrive in Cairo around 8 am. The first stop is the Egyptian Museum, which houses over 1,700 objects from the Tomb of Tutankhamun, including the golden mask of the pharaoh.
3. Lunch: After the Egyptian Museum, you will have lunch included in the price of the tour. Lunch is served buffet-style at a restaurant near the pyramids. Drinks during lunch are charged extra.
4. Visit the Pyramids: After lunch, you will visit the Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Middle Pyramid of Chephren, the Small Pyramid of Mykerinos, and the Sphinx.
5. Optional Nile Cruise: For an additional $10 per person, you can take a cruise on the Nile. Tourists who do not participate in the cruise will wait on the bus. If you arrive in Cairo very early, the Nile cruise is the first stop of the tour.
6. Return: After completing the entire program, it’s time to return. Around midnight, you will arrive in Hurghada, where you will transfer to a car that will take you back to your hotel in Marsa Alam, arriving around 2 or 3 am.

Tour Schedule
The Cairo tour takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. We usually pick up from hotels in Marsa Alam the previous day between 21:00 and 23:00.
